Mr. Houston started his legal career with the California firm of Gray, Cary doing direct representation of large and small companies. When he returned to his home state of Texas, Mr. Houston served the people of the State of Texas as an Assistant District Attorney and served Travis County as an Assistant County Attorney. Working in the public sector, Mr. Houston developed a passion for fighting for individuals who were victimized by crimes and other wrongs.

For the last nine years, Mr. Houston experienced great success and enormous satisfaction by directly representing individuals against insurance companies, trucking companies, state and local government agencies in a variety of cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights violations.
